Shipping policy

We deliver our products from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday – Friday).
Processing Time
-Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
-During promotions or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
-Domestic (Netherlands): We ship via PostNL or DHL with tracking. Delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch.
-EU Countries: Delivery via DHL or UPS, 2–5 business days after dispatch.
-International (Outside EU): Shipping via FedEx or UPS; delivery 5–10 business days depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
Delivery Delays
Although we work with reliable carriers, unforeseen delays (caused by customs or logistics disruptions) may occur. House of Unique cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours at info@houseofunique.com with photos of the item and packaging.
